I have been developing and using Gradewell since I began teaching, and have shared it with other teachers in my district. I enjoy the process of problem solving involved with softwre development, and I am gratified to make something that is useful.

Beyond being an enjoyable hobby, the application has served an important purpose in my practice. It allows me to capture student data and meaningfully analyze and communicate trends, averages, and progress with parents, teachers, and the students themselves. My contribution has also helped other teachers track student achivement and instructional effectiveness.
